Unmanned Vehicles and Systems (UVS) represent one of the most radical changes in decades. The technological change has swept along much more quickly than users’ grasp of their potential capabilities.

In Spain, the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of the Interior are involved in a number of Programmes and Cooperation Projects in the field of UVS. Also agencies of the different Administrations and private companies have their own requirements for civil applications.
